Finished reading Lahiri’s “Unaccustomed Earth”, and I ache. It took me five days to read a book I had planned to devour in one – each story had me winded and utterly drained. The last one (which is really three constituting one narrative thread) actually had me tearing up.

Memories of the Future is essentially the part of my private journal that I have decided to share with others. Most entries here will be dedicated to film reviews and opinions on my readings, but also expect the occassional musings on music, the visual arts and any random thought that I think might have some kind of meaning outside myself.
